Skyclan has sparse vegitation, but large clumps of heather.

Greencough is a serious cough that can bring fever, and even kill, and a treatment for it is catnip.

Burdock root, Honey, and Wild garlic can be used. Cobwebs can be used to wrap up cuts and wounds.
A medicine cat should have a clear mind and remain calm while there is a wounded or sick cat in his/her den. They should also keep a good track of herbs and know where to find them.

A medicine cat is not allowed to have a mate or kits.

Chervil can be used for bellyaches.

If you have a horrible dream, you should report it to the leader.

The medicine cat receives information about EarthClan's troubles by the EarthClan medicine cat, and goes back to tell her Clan, who is now planning to attak EarthClan.

Golden rays of snight bathed the camp with a warm morning glow. From the top of the sheltered medicine cat den, light filtered through, dotting the den in light like a seive. From within the den, a rather small cat stirred, blinking blurry eyes and walkig out of her den. She looked out at the camp, half of her midnight black body still in the den. She surveyed the clear blue sky, dotted with fluffy whute clouds, cats stretching happily in the sunlight, even Northstar was outside, chewing on a plump vole cheefully.

Moonsilver had a rather guilty expression on her face. She had been told by Ivorywing, the EarthClan Medicine cat about the trobles of EarthClan, and had told her leader, Northstar. Now SkyClan was going to attak EarthClan.

You might want to work on this some more. ^^ It's a good beginning and a good base to branch a little more out of. First of all, I'd like to point out that I think you got your medicine cat roles mixed up. x3 I suggest you reread the role of the SkyClan medicine cat again.

Your role play sample, to me, is relatively satisfactory. :]

I'd like it if you told me a little more about the SkyClan territory. Like, how does it look through your character's eyes? What do the dens look like? What is the view from the SkyClan territory? Things like that. ^^

THE PLOT There are two Clans down here on earth. StarClan, like always, is looking down from above. EarthClan cats are well-known for being close to the ground, catching prey that crawls and scutters about quite easily. SkyClan cats are more capable to jump up. They are tough, because up on the ridge, there is no room for a cat that gets short of breath easily. Some SkyClan cats pride themselves in being "closer" to StarClan because the ridge they live on actually seems to go into the skies.
One day, the day before the half moon, the Medicine Cat of EarthClan gets a message from StarClan:
Beware a cat that is within the layers of your trust.
Troubles are already brewing in EarthClan. A fox has settled near their Camp, and the Clan must chase it out soon. Prey is beginning to get scarce because it's late leaf-fall. The Medicine Cat feels that he/she doesn't want to add more to the Clan's troubles, so she keeps the warning a secret.
The next day is the half moon, the day in which Medicine Cats and their apprentices go to the Mooncave/crystal to share tongues with StarClan. Along the way, the Medicine Cat of EarthClan shares her worries to the SkyClan Medicine Cat. Little does she know that the other Medicine Cat is the cat who is "within the layers of her trust". After sharing tongues with StarClan, both Medicine Cats and their apprentices [if there] return to their camps. The EarthClan Medicine Cat feels as if she has had most of the weight of the problem off of her shoulders now that she confided in someone. Little does she know that the SkyClan Medicine Cat has gone home to the SkyClan camp...
...And told the whole entire Clan about the troubles of EarthClan. Now, SkyClan is making preperations to attack EarthClan.
And when they attack, what will happen to EarthClan?
