"She walked away somewhere. Do you want me to help look for her?" Raya said softly, wondering if Caelan would think her nosy or helpful. She had actually never felt this way about another wolf. Sure, lots of males had chased after her, but she hadn't really thought much of them. Now, she was the one chasing after a male.
Love at first sight? No, it couldn't be, right?

Caelan shook his head at the female wolf's words, determined to find Amiya on his own. That was one thing about him; he liked to complete certain feats on his own without help from someone else. He was quite the independent type of wolf. Caelan raised his head again and called out the same howl, straining his ears for any sound of Amiya approaching with her delicate footsteps falling on the terrain, a sound that Caelan had easily learned and memorized a long time ago.

In the distance, Amiya heard Caelan calling her. She had quickly approached, not bothering to send back a reply to his howl. She had almost entered the clearing he was in, when she caught sight of Raya with him. Of course. The female wolf who apparantely thought that Caelan was oh so wonderful when she had just looked at him for a few seconds before. Great.
Well, whatever. She didn't care; Caelan could worry for her all he wanted to. Frankly, Amiya wasn't exactly sure why she was taking her anger out on her brother -- it wasn't his fault that he was handsome, right? Amiya's personality, however, made her rather hot-headed and made her have a temperament that caused her to be unreasonable at times.

Diablo turned his huge head to look upon a new wolf. He was staring expectantly at Martha and himself. Since he was slightly older than Caelan, he nodded curtly since it wasn’t necessary to dip his head in respect. His emerald eyes sought out a female wolf that had been trailing behind the male, padding after him, perhaps? He nodded to her too then straightened his posture. His large, muscles rippled under his pelt like a breeze as he did so, with a glance to the sky he muttered something inaudible then continued to gaze at the three wolves around him.
The dark grey brute forced himself to calm, being around so many brought back memories. He barely suppressed his unease as he flicked his gleaming green eyes from one face to another. He seemed to be the largest of them all; he quickly picked up a scent of a female wolf that was making her way into the clearing. He could make a pack of out them since there was so many, the thought pleased him but he remained calm on the outside. As the white female appeared he nodded to her too. After a moment he murmured “I’m Diablo, El Diablo if you want to be fancy.” Suddenly the face of the beautiful female wolf that had came into his mind earlier burned him once again; he blinked, trying to push it away. Eventually he succeed but he felt rather awkward on the inside, not knowing exactly what to do or say to the others. After a moment he sat down, his ears pricked forward for any sound of another approach. He was cautious around them but didn’t expect any of the females to attack, he kept careful attention on the male incase it decided to leap at him. Another memory scorched his mind; it was so painful, so painful indeed.

"Good day, sir," Caelan greeted yet another male wolf. He looked up again at the two gray wolves, wondering when they would say something in this situation. "I am sorry for the amount of noise; I'm looking for my sister and when we were little, we devised up a way to tell each other where we are in howls," he explained, looking at all of the wolves in case one of them was the alpha of whatever pack of wolves might be inhabiting this area of the wilderness in the world.
Concern flitted about in Caelan's mind for his sister. Again, he let out the howls of calling for Amiya, searching for her soft white pelt in the midst of the forest glades in the area. Discarding the use of the howls momentarily, Caelan called out, "Amiya!" He breathed in the air, attempting to catch any small scent of Amiya riding along with the gentle winds that flickered by often.

Amiya saw how worked up her brother was getting about the current situation, but frustration passed through her, causing her to still not show herself to put her brother's mind to rest. After all, there were probably now even more female wolves clambering and wanting his attention as there had been every single place they had visited.
What about her? Was she destined to watch her brother attract all the female wolves in the world while she was left to just watch, friendless because of the fact that Caelan stole all the attention that the female wolves had to offer? It wasn't even his fault, yet Amiya still held him accountable for it. Would no male wolf look her way? Amiya didn't even really want love just yet; she just wanted a friend or two that wasn't in love with her brother in account of just taking a two second look.

“Your point?” She asked the large brown brute of a wolf as he stood in front of her, he had twinkle of affection and longing in his gaze as he watched her. He began to speak but she turned nimbly around and began to trot away, a gleam of mischief entwining in her azure eyes. “Ta-ta Sly” she called over her shoulder, and then continued on her way without hesitation. At first glance once could obviously identify her as a slim, beautiful black female wolf. Her paws were delicate but neatly formed and strangely had perfect grey “bracelets” on each leg. Her tail was long and fox-like, a blast of grey looking fire formed from her back to her black tail to give her an exotic appearance. She had grey deigns on the corners of her eyes completing her beauty. “Carmelita!” the other wolf called after her but she paid no attention. Almost every two nights this happened. A male wolf fell on his paws for her but she turned him down. She was ready for love but not for some silly affections, real ones. She thought of herself alluring and feisty. Her name being Carmelita from the Spanish culture flicked her tail, casting a swift glance back toward the male wolf. He happened to be one of those males; she waved her tail in farewell. She was hotheaded but appealing many would say once they had met her, she admitted she was different. She stuck out of the female wolf crowd like a sunflower in a field of roses. May still be a flower but far away from the normal personalities and coats. No she wasn’t the one to fallow a male around, saying things softly and “accidentally” brushing her pelt against his. Psst. Far from it. Once she thought she was far away from Sly she sat down under a tree, her azure eyes glittering with wonder as she watched the delicate snowflakes fall. She titled her head back slightly and let out a melodic howl, it carried her feistiness at the end but the beauty at the front and middle. At last it slipped totally out of her system and she began to listen carefully. With a quiet sigh she shook her fluffy coat then brought herself to her paws. Next thing she knew was that she was galloping through the forest, her lithe body bouncing on the freezing snow. After a while a strong scent of wolves reached her and she stopped. So many of them, she thought as she breathed in the pine-smelling air. Her eyes closed for a brief moment then she peered cautiously through some ferns. There were many, and a large grey male wolf stood in the middle. Was he the leader? He looked like it but one could never be too sure. She quickly fixed herself up, a dark black curl bounced on her forehead as she fixed her tail. When she was about to come through she saw the giant males head lift slightly, his emerald green gaze raking the bush she was behind. Carmelita felt as though he could see into her very soul, she replaced the proud gleam in her eyes and strutted out into the clearing. Dipping her head to those as she went by them. “Good day to you all,” she paused to sweep her glittering azure eyes over every face “I’m Carmelita.” Once her name was out she felt the larger male stiffen, was he offened by the ting of her Spanish tongue at the end? She turned her gaze to his eyes and saw him looking at her with shock and very faint happiness.

Huritt watched from his advantage point as more wolves than he had anticipated showed up. He trotted down to meet them with his tail and head high. "Greetings," he said authoritively, "I am Huritt, and this is my pack."
The male turned his head as his sister came up behind him. "I'm Awentia," she said happily. "He's trying to act all serene so you'll be impressed, but just ignore that." She danced away as Huritt snapped at her shoulder, only slightly non-playfully. "So, what're you all doing here?" she asked as she returned to her brother's side.
"Other than traveling on another pack's land of course," Huritt said sternly. Although he had called to the other wolves, so he really had no right antagonizing them. But then again, he was alpha, so he could do as he pleased.

"I'm looking for Amiya, my sister," Caelan responded, dipping his head in the direction of the gray wolf that spoke first, claiming the pack as his. Very well; this 'Huritt' wolf was the alpha of whatever pack there was. "She's a pretty white wolf with blue eyes," he added, describing his sister briefly.

"I heard you howling," Huritt responded drily. "Awentia," he said, turning to look at his sister. "See if you can't find her I think I saw her go off that way." He indicated the direction with his nose then turned to look at Caelen as Awentia slipped away. "Did you belong to a pack before you came here?" he asked, slightly suspicious of a wolf who just appeared. Again he reminded himself that he had called for the wolves to come.

"Amiya?" Awentia woofed. "That is your name right? Amiya?" She was talking to trees currently, but was hoping the female Huritt had sent her to look for was near enough to hear. "You're brother's looking for you and I wanted to meet you myself. Amiya? Huritt'll be a fox-butt if I don't come back with you." She waited, wondering if she really was just talking to herself or not.

Amiya was unsure whether to go out from the cover of the trees or just to remain solitary by herself. Making sure that she stepped lightly, she made her way deeper into the dense forest glades. Suddenly, however, she made a wrong step and her pelt flashed momentarily in the sunlight. Silently, Amiya reprimanded herself in her mind furiously. Now the female wolf sent to go find her was bound to catch the sight of her ivory pelt gleaming in the sunlight for even a few seconds.

"Found you!" Awentia cried delightedly as she spotted the other female's pelt. "Hey Amiya! Wait up for me!" She bounded after the other female and drew alongside her. "Hi! I'm Awentia. Your brother's looking for you." She glanced the other female up and down. 'She's really pretty,' the gray wolf thought enviously. 'She must have so many males after her.' Awentia herself had had a couple of suitors, but it had been puppy love. Most of her life had been puppy-something. From her personality to her actions, she was fairly childish and immature. Funny noises made her giggle, especially when they sounded like farts. She knew she should grow up sometime, but she was still rather young. Why bother grow up now, when there were years to come?

he is the reason for the teardrops on my guitar... Pawprints were embedded within the earth as a wolf walked toward a large pack. A gust of wind ruffled his gray and white fur as he walked foreward. He wasn't the type to flirt, but alot of females did chase after him sometimes. He had a muscular build, and alot of personalityies. Usually he was nice and fun-loving, and other times he could be charming without even knowing. It was probably because he used "lady" to address she-cats. He also bowed when he met other creatures, and wasn't the type to get overworked and angry about things, and he was fairly calm.
He was pretty much what you'd call a gentleman.

Amiya sent a glare in the gray wolf's direction. What now? Did Caelan just have to send out a whole pack of wolves in search for her? She could take care of herself, in case he didn't know. Then again, this wolf -- Awentia was her name? -- wasn'tn the source of Amiya's troubles. Just yet, though. Sooner or later, Amiya believed that this female wolf would also be apparantely "in love" with her brother "at first sight" like all the other female wolves said so when they first caught sight of her obsidian pelted brother.
"Yes, so you've heard. Indeed, I am known as Amiya," the ivory pelted female wolf responded to Awentia, a slight dip of her head to show that she had respect, but that she didn't absolutely worship the other wolf. "I suppose you're wanting to take me back to my oh-so-handsome brother?" Amiya asked, stressing the part about her brother with an extra amount of sarcasm as she eyed Awentia in front of her. Awentia cocked her head to the side. "I guess he's kinda good looking," she said, more curiously than anything else. Why was Amiya acting like that. "But give me blue eyes any day. My mother had blue eyes, and so do I. You're eyes are really pretty, too." She beamed as she admired the female's pelt. "You're a good deal brighter than me or my mother though." Her tail wagged as she met Amiya's eyes again.
"Anyways, you're brother is getting really worried about you," she continued. "He's using some weird howls to try and get your attention and is freaking out because you're not answering." Why wouldn't she want to go back to her brother? He was family after all. Awentia would go back to Huritt, seeing as he was her only sibling. Maybe Amiya and Caelan weren't as close as Awentia and Huritt?

The large grey wolf glared at Huritt, his amber eyes glinting with dislike. Acting so superior was he? By the looks of it Diablo was slightly older than the alpha male so he gave a very curt nod. Huritt didn’t expect all of them to flock into his pack like they were mad, did he? In fact, Diablo had ignored his call completely. He glanced at Carmelita and she was looking at the alpha male with unease also, her black curl covering one sparkling azure eye. The large wolf growled softly “I’m Diablo but if being fancy pleases you or if you want to be respectful I’m El Diablo” he finished. The beautiful black wolf beside him began to say her name, the Spanish tinge to it making his fur crawl. It had been seasons since he heard the beauty of Spanish like that.
“I’m Carmelita” she paused looking Huritt up and down with searching eyes “You’re quite small for an alpha male, hm?” she teased him after a moment but there was no amusement in her words. Diablo felt a flash of admiration for her, feisty she was. He flicked his amber eyes to Huritt’s face, awaiting his action. If we were going to hurt her, he was on Carmelita’s side. His dark grey fur was becoming lighter from the piling snow; he blinked as the cold sunk into his heavy coat. He hated snow, it always made the prey go and hide from his seeking.
Suddenly an idea clicked in his mind, “I was once an alpha male” he murmured then after letting his words sink it added, “my pack was destroyed by three bears.” His ears flicked, that was only half the truth, yes he was an alpha and the bears did come but other information far worse was tucked inside involving himself. Carmelita glanced at him, sympathy passed through her eyes. As he gazed into those depths it reminded him to much of the previous female wolf that always haunted his mind, he released a silent sigh and turned his head away from her to gaze at Huritt.

"Thanks," Amiya responded to Awentia's comments, feeling rather -- how to describe it? -- warm and fuzzy inside. However, Amiya couldn't help but feel even more annoyed. If Awentia, a female wolf could see that she was pretty, then why didn't a male wolf? Amiya wasn't exactly one for love, but she did want to maybe experience it so she knew what her brother had to put up with it when they visited new and unknown places.
He's using the howls? Amiya thought to herself sarcastically. No way! Deciding not to voice out these thoughts to Awentia, Amiya simply gave a nod of her head. "Very well; I'll go back," she decided, although she wasn't exactly too delighted to have to see her brother being crowded around by female wolves.
With a flick of her tail in case Awentia wanted to come along back with her, Amiya moved out of the forest glades and into the small clearing that her brother stood in. For a brief moment, she stopped and ran her tongue over her ivory colored pelt a few times. When finished, she saw that Caelan had noticed her and was dashing over to her quickly. "I'm fine, Caelan, really, I am," she murmured softly to her brother, seeing how anxious and worried for her safety and her whereabouts.
Amiya felt the gentle touch of her brother's black pelt to hers. "Really, Caelan. I'm fine," Amiya reassured her brother yet again, pulling away from his touch for she was afraid that she appeared foolish. Indeed, she did feel like she was back in those childhood pup days when she had been afraid of even the smallest shadow and Caelan had comforted her.
