A calico shape bounded over to Shatterwind. "Hello", she said, hoping he wasn't in a bad mood, as he always was. "So, hows your day?" She asked, he emerals eyes brught with spirit. She was determined to get Shatterwing over his heartbreak problem, even if he didn't want to love again, he could still live happily.

Overjoyed with the current news of the leader granting him permission, the smoky-hued apprentice grinned, stumbling over back to the tawny warrior with a jubilant beam. Eyes glinting anxiously, he looked at Eagledance expectantly, waiting for his answer. A soft breeze called to him, saying his name over and over again repeatedly in succession, causing his tail to twitch impatiently.
The tom smirked crookedly. "Let's get some others," he meowed in childish excitement, nudging the apprentice gaily upon the shoulder as he dared him to follow. Twistedpaw did indeed, giggling and mewling happily as he bounded after Eagledance, head thrust upwards as he called for others.
"Patrol! Patrol! We-e're going on-n-a patrol!" he yowled. Eagledance laughed, prancing beside the ecstatic apprentice.

"I don't care anymore," Shatterwind responded glumly. It wasn't that he disliked the she-cat apprentice, he just hated it whenever another cat tried to talk to him. He didn't need their pity and frankly, he didn't want it or even /care/ about it.
He padded away from the apprentice. It wasn't anything personal towards Hazelpaw; he just wasn't in the mood for cheerfulness. He settled down, closing his eyes and trying to clear his mind from thoughts about the orange tabby she-cat.

Hazelpaw followed Shatterwind. "You know, its really not that bad." She mewed, slightly hissing. She didn't like it when cats were like this, always moping around. "Just because she broke your heart, doesn't mean you can't move on in life. I mean, many cats have gotten thier hearts broken before, so don't just take pity on yourselkf." She mewed, not hissing, but somewhat gently before settling herself down beside Shatterwing, thier pelts touching.

Shatterwind instantly stood up as Hazelpaw's pelt brushed against his; it felt too much like how the orange she-cat had used to do that to him. "What do /you/ know?" he hissed, not bothering to hid his frustration. "I killed my friend because I was decieved by her. Ashbreeze is in StarClan and it's my fault! I don't really need you to tell me what to do, thank you very much."
With that, Shatterwind stalked off to the edge of Camp. Glancing around, he quickly dashed into the forest. Occasionally he would come to a place where there were clumps of snow. To make it impossible for any cat to track his scent, he would dart through the snow, masking his scent almost immediately.

Hazelpaw dashed after Shatterwind, not wanting to give up. "Shatterwind wait!" She called after him. "I didn't know you killed your friend!" She stopped, hoping he heard her. she decided she was going to get Amaryillis back for the trouble that she had caused. btu she couldn't do it alone. Would Lilacpaw help her?

"You have to give him some time," Crystalrose meowed, padding up beside Hazelpaw as she watched the quickly retreating figure of Shatterwind. "Only time can heal the wounds he's faced. Indeed, he killed his friend Ashbreeze for the fact of seeing his friend and the orange she-cat together. Ashbreeze is now in StarClan, although I know for a fact that Ashbreeze isn't angry with his friend. It was too late to get Ivorywing when that time came; Ashbreeze had already been long gone to the ranks of StarClan."

Hazelpaw just glanced at Crystalrose, then asked, "Where are Lilacpaw and Battooth?" She needed to talk to Lilacpaw. And maybe Battooth could help them. That is, if he wanted to.

"They're out somewhere," Crystalrose meowed, "probably gallavanting about, roamping around without a care in the world." A slight bit of humor sparked in her chocolate brown gaze as she said the words, thinking about how the hyperness between Battooth and Lilacpaw matched absolutely perfectly. She felt that if she had gotten an apprentice as hyper as Lilacpaw, she wouldn't be able to keep up and would easily be lagging behind.

Hazelpaw winced as envy stabbed through her. "Oh, okay." She mewed. "I wish Battooth was /my/ mentor", she mewed to herself, probably just loud enough for Crystalrose to hear.

"I'd mentor you myself," Crystalrose meowed, "but I don't think I would be able to keep up with you." She blinked, tilting her head to the side as she regarded the she-cat apprentice with a thoughtful expression. "I'll talk to Maplestar and see what I can find out for you, does that sound okay?" Crystalrose offered, looking at Hazelpaw with a kind look on her face to show the she-cat apprentice that she really meant to do what her words said she was going to do.

"I guess so, but no cat is like Battooth..." Hazelpaw trailed off, thining she should be grateful that there were enought warriors to mentor her. "Okay", she mewed to Crystalrose. -xx- A rather pretty she-cat stepped out of the warriors den, her pale silver and black leopard spotted fur gleaming in the sunlight. Her clear azure eyes shone brightly. She walked over to Crystalrose with light, graceful steps. "Hello, Crystalrose", she mewed happily. She didn't know why she was happy, but she just was.

"Hello," Crystalrose responded to the she-cat warrior who had greeted her, flicking her ears and tail as another sign of acknowledgement. She looked up at Maplestar's den, contemplating in her mind when he would finally come out. After all, how long could a leader sleep? Well, it certainly was his word, but some of the Clan members were lounging around and they would probably need something to do. She glanced around for Hailwind to see if he was doing his deputy duties.

The huge tabby leader padded slowly out of his den, his tail flicking moodily. He spotted Crystalrose talking to Hazelpaw and trotted to the she-cat's side. "Crystalrose, can I talk to you when you're done here?" He seemed rather distressed, and he was allowed to be after his dream. It wasn't a prophecy of doom to his Clan, but rather a strange one that didn't make any sense to him at all.
Maplestar took a few steps back and sat down, his tail curling and uncurling as he thought and waited for the pretty queen.

"Of course," Crystalrose meowed. All of a sudden, she was eager to get the conversation between the other cats done quickly. "I'll be right back, okay?" she meowed towards the two she-cats whom were speaking to her. With that, she looked around for Maplestar. Finding him, she padded up to him and settled down across from him. "What is it?" she meowed, not unkindly.
