"I'm not the one who flirted with other cats and broke their hearts. I'm not the one who made someone kill their best friend out of jealousy and hatred that wasn't even true," Shatterwind hissed in response to Moonwind, meeting the tomcat's gaze with his own hard blue one, his eyes like chips of ice. Again, his tail slapped against the ground, causing a deep furrow to become embedded within the icy and frosted earth. His claws sheathed and unsheathed as they worked at the ground out of anger. "Am I just supposed to spare her life and let her waltz off to go charm more tomcats and break their hearts as well?" he added.

This time Moonwind looked back at Amaryllis. "Well, I can't change your desicion, bit bot me and StarClan would appreciate it if you didn't kill her." Moonwind walked a little distance away, but still close enought so he could see the two cats.

"Since when did you ever care so much about her?" Shatterwind hissed to Moonwind, a more confused look darkening his blue eyes rather than an angered look. He looked at Moonwind intently, awaiting the tomcat's answer while his claws still kneaded firmly against the icy ground, churning up the cold, hard earth.

"I don't," Moonwind mewed back coldly. "I just don't wan't so much killing! Is that so much to ask?" Moonwind wasn't really the cat to get angry, but now, he was. Who was Shatterwind to accuse him of liking Amaryllis? Well, he was one of his ood friends, but still, it didn't mean that just because Moonwind "defended" Amaryllis, he loved her.

"Well then, what would you like me to do about this mess right here?" Shatterwind meowed, glaring at his friend. "What do you want me to do? Just let Amaryllis go off so that she can go wreack havoc on some other poor tomcat out there?" He gave Moonwind a look that was the equivalent of a human crossing their arms as if they were impatient for a response.

"I...I don't know. why should I be the one to decide for you. Do what you want," Moonwind mewed back. "Just don't kill her." He stalked off, behind some bushes, so it looked like he was going to the Earthlan camp, but he stayed, hidden behing a holly bush.

Shatterwind glared at the retreating figure of his friend, but he truly believed that Moonwind had gone back to the EarthClan Camp. For a brief moment, his thoughts flickered back to wonder how his friend would be received in EarthClan, but he soon forgot about those thoughts and turned his attention back to Amaryllis, still laying on the ground in a helpless manner.
"So," he began, padding up to her and circling around her as if she were a piece of prey he had captured, "what do you want me to do with you?" He continued making rings around her, his icy eyes glaring at Amaryllis. "I suppose you'd like me to spare your life so that you can go on living how you once did; luring tomcats into your traps and breaking their hearts."
Cutting of the feeble attempt of Amaryllis to say something, Shatterwind made his decision. "I never want to see you again, do you hear me? Leave EarthClan territory all together and don't even think about going into the territory of SkyClan. I will abide by Moonwind's words of not killing you, but next time I even get one scrap of news that you're trying to break the heart of a tomcat or two... well, let's just say I'll be a lot less lenient with you," he meowed to Amaryllis.
With that, he clamped his jaws at the scruff of her neck and carried her like a limp kitten. He swung his head to the right, gathering up momentum. Finally, he swung his head to the left and let Amaryllis go, watching her slender figure tumble through the forest, falling on the dead leaves that still remained on the icy forest floor.

Amaryllis was aware of how much the injuries that Shatterwind had given her hurt, but didn't complain. Instead, she laid there, numb to basically everything in the world as she stared blankly in front of her with her sapphire blue eyes. What was the point in living now anymore?

Moonwind came out of the bushes when Shatterwind couldn't view him anymore. He walked over to Amaryllis, took her by the scruff, and put her on her paws."Here, let me get you some marigold for your cuts. He searched around, and tried to remember where he was told to find maridold. He dashed off, to come back with a mouthful of the plant. He chewed up a pulp and rubbed it onto te ginger she-cat's wounds, his eyes only meeting the cuts and bruises on her body.

Amaryllis shuddered slightly at the stinging that the marigold gave her cuts, but nevertheless withstood it. After all, the healing didn't hurt as much as the injuries themselves did. "Thank you, Moonwind," she murmured softly, using the tomcat's name on her tongue. It felt rather akward, but she decided to not think anything of it. "How did you, out of all cats, get knowledge about herbs?" she asked, curiousity coming through despite her pain.

"My sister was a medicine cat," he replied. "Why did you do usch things to toms?" He asked, changing the subject. He didn't mean to put any blame on her, he was just curious. He looked into her sapphire blue eyes, looking for am explanation.

"I..." Amaryllis began, then faltered as she sorted out her thoughts and her emotions. Collecting herself once again, she began. "My mother was unwillingly with a tomcat, with me as the product," she meowed in a solemn tone, casting her glance at the ground, not wanting to meet Moonwind's amber and golden gaze. "I just wanted to prove to the world that I'm independent and will never be owned by a tomcat by love, but I guess..." Amaryllis trailed off, not knowing what to say.

"I understand," Moonwind mewed to her softly. "I guess you just went too far? Maybe you could start new. Just let a tom know you don't want to be owned by him. You'd probably be able to figure out what kind of tom he is. I mean it must've taken a pretty smart she'cat to pull off all of that heart-breaking," Moonwind said whith laughter in his voice, his muscles rippling. "That is, if you find a special tom," he added.

"I... don't know..." Amaryllis meowed, trailing off for what felt like the millionth time that hour. She looked hesitantly at Moonwind, noticing for a few moments that his muscles rippled underneath his pelt. A purr of amusement sounded lightly in the air despite the pain that she was in. "Nice," she meowed softly, "a she-cat someday'll surely fall for you."

"I think one has already fallen," Moonwind murmered quietly to himself. "I guess, but I already had one in mind," he mewed to Amaryllis, something gleaming in his eyes as he looked at her. He brushed his tail across hers, slowly twining it around her tail. He smiled, his teeth gleaming in the sunlight.

Amaryllis immediately flinched slightly as Moonwind touched her tail with his lightly. She twitched her ears at his words, mystified by what she her current emotions towards this black and silver colored tomcat. The fiery orange colored she-cat blinked her sapphire blue eyes rapidly a few times, glancing at Moonwind in between her lashes. "And what will Shatterwind think of this she-cat you have in mind?" she asked, uneasiness creeping through her at the thought of having to face the same injuries over again twice. They were something she would avoid; something that she didn't exactly want to happen to her another time.
