Ravenfeather stared at Silverpaw, thinking stupidly that he might not be right that she liked Inkpaw. He looked at her and Bravepaw, thinking that at least he was right about one thing-- Bravepaw loved Silverpaw. Ravenfeather walked up to Bravepaw and Silverpaw, hoping that Silverpaw didn't think he was following her. He kept his distance though, about a tail length awat from them. Ravenfeather could see the look in Bravepaw's eyes that he wanted to say or do something to Silverpaw, maybe share tounges with her.

Three mounds of fur were snuggled together in the warrior's den, a ginger, a ginger-and-white, and a gray. The gray bundle stirred first. Mistheart lifted her head and blinked sleepily. After a moment, she prodded the two other cats. "Flamefoot, Onespot, wake up you mouse-brains." The two other cats awoke and a minute or two later, the three were walking out of the warrior's den. "Thanks for waking me up," Onespot muttered darkly. "I was having the best dream. I caught a rabbit enough to feed the entire Clan for a moon." Mistheart laughed. "Well, now you're awake and you can try and make that dream a reality." She flicked Onespot on the nose and he glared before shoving her out of the way. Flamefoot watched her brother, amused. "I swear, he gets more sour by the day," she meowed, shaking her head fondly.

Bravepaw shifted over a little then slyling made his way over to Silverpaw who was staring intently at Northstar's den. Her eyes glittering with something hidden to him. He began to licked her shoulder as soothingly as he could though he had to stop himself from quivering from the touch of her fur.
The tom groomed her ears gently, if only he knew what Silverpaw was thinking. She was still, like a cat made of ice. Did he do something wrong? After a few moments he felt her muscules release some tension though he eyes never moved from across the clearing.
Bravepaw turned and licked her other ear when he noticed Ravenfeather. He felt his fur grow hot with embarressment. Why should he be embarressed? He's just sharing tongues with a clanmate! The feeling remained until he had to look away from the black tom.
---x---
Silverpaw blinked slowly as Bravepaw groomed her pelt though she barely felt his touch. Her mind was focused on something different. What was going on in the leader's den?
Was Northstar yelling at Inkpaw? Was Lilypaw getting yelled at too? Was there going to be a huge punishment? Her mind whirled with all these questions. If only she knew the correct answer! Silverpaw grew fustrated but didn't show it with even the slightest twitch of a whisker.

Dreampaw awoke feeling rather drowsy as all cats did when they woke up from their sleep. Standing up and stretching elegantly, she made her way outside of the apprentice's den. Sniffing with her dainty nose a few times, she picked up the scent of Inkpaw who was no longer there. Tilting her head to the side, her ears twitched slightly as she heard voices speaking in Northstar's den.
The silver tabby she-cat apprentice swallowed nervously. No matter how much she thought she disliked Inkpaw, she couldn't help but feel a slight pity and worry for the tomcat apprentice. If Northstar got too angry, Inkpaw wouldn't even walk out of her den with his pelt on - if he even /did/ manage to walk out.
Glancing a different way than Northstar's den, she saw Cloudpuff returning to camp with an elated look pasted onto his face. His russet colored eyes were sparkling with happiness as they met her own cerulean and viridan gaze. Watching him, Dreampaw saw that Cloudpuff had darted into Musicsoul's den quickly.
x--
Cloudpuff felt absolutely delighted as Dreampaw noticed his existence when he had padded into Camp. Quickly, he left the hive filled with sweet honeycomb on top of a rock inside Musicsoul's den. He bounded to the she-cat apprentice that he loved with a look of affection on his face. "Hey, Dreampaw!" he greeted her cheerfully, running his tongue over her ear.
Dreampaw longed to be carefree and just as enthusiastic with Cloudpuff as she had been before, but now that she knew about his love for her, that changed everything. It made her feel rather... akward around Cloudpuff. "Hi, Cloudpuff," she responded rather stiffly, forcing herself not to recoil from his touch.

Ravenfeather chuckled at the embarrassment in Bravepaws eyes. Ravenfeather wondered if Bravepaw would ever admit that he liked Silverpaw, and if Silverpaw would ever notice. Hopefully they would end up together.
Ravenpaws thoughts drifeted to Inkpaw. He felt bad for his brother, but he couldn't blame all the other cats telling him Dreampaw would never like him, because maybe they didn't want him to get hurt. But no good thing came out of this situation; for Lilypaw had gotten hurt time and time again by Inkpaw tonight, and Inkpaw got in troublw with Northstar. Even though Ravenfeahter was only about 3 moons older than Inkpaw, many cats considered him wiser.

Honey colored fur came out of the bushes. Honeypaw was carrying a falcon and two voles. the falcon was small, but Honeypaw was still proud, for she wasn't as big as the other cats, but still just as strong. She bounded over to Cloudpuff. "Hi, Cloudpuff" She mewed, her voice like honey, affection glowing in her leaf colored eyes. She wished Cloudpuff would like her, but she couldn't change peoples feelings. Maybe he saw the affection in her eyes and felt the same way.

"Hey, Honeypaw," Cloudpuff chirruped in reply to the she-cat apprentice who had just come to speak to him. "Nice catch," he added nonchalantly as he continued rasping his tongue over Dreampaw's ear. She seemed rather paralyzed and unable to do something, but he rather liked it this way with his tongue washing her ear and her not moving away like she did with Inkpaw.
Dreampaw knew that she had to do something or else Cloudpuff would say something that she didn't want him to say. She nudged him playfully and meowed teasingly, "Stop that! I'm old enough to groom myself." Although she had laughter in her voice, she wasn't quite sure if it reached her eyes enough to make it appear real.

Honeypaw watched as Dreampaw faked pushing Cloudpuff away playfully. Honeypaw already knew Cloudpuff liked Dreampaw, but why did he? Did everyone just like silver tabbies? Honeypaw sighed. 'He'll never like me' She thought. 'He'll always love Dreampaw, and Dreampaw will love him, and Inkpaw will be upset.' Everything would go wrong.
Honeypaw wanted to talk to Dreampaw, but didn't want Cloudpuff to hear. She looked at Dreampaw, and hopefully she knew Honeypaw wanted to talk.

Silverpaw got up with elegent grace and turned her frosty icy-blue eyes to Bravepaw. "Thank you" she murmured softly then trotted away. She could feel the tomcat's eyes burning into her as she padded away though she didn't turn back.
The silver apprentice decided that maybe she should move closer to Northstar's den for when Inkpaw would come out. A few heartbeats ago she had seen Lilypaw padded away out of camp and was wondering why Inkpaw was still there.
After a moment she sat down close to the entrance of the leader's den but not close enough to be accused of listening in which she wished so much to do. Silverpaw began to groom her pelt, hunger clawed at her stomach but not enough to make it growl or to make her go out and hunt.
Her thoughts returned to -obviouly- Inkpaw.

"Silly," Dreampaw muttered to herself as she saw Cloudpuff staring at her. Out of the corner of her emerald eye, she saw Honeypaw looking at her -- almost in a pleading manner. Sending a glance at Cloudpuff, she made the connection and fit the pieces into the puzzle -- Honeypaw obviously wanted to speak with her. Alone.
"Cloudpuff, why don't you go wait for Musicsoul to come back so then you can share your good news about getting the hive for honey?" she asked Cloudpuff, trying to work her voice so that it had a rich syrupy tone. Cloudpuff oftentimes obeyed her when she spoke as she did now.
Cloudpuff nodded, eager for getting Musicsoul's consent so that he could tell Dreampaw that he had helped the /medicine cat/, one of the most important cats in the Clan.
After she was sure Cloudpuff was out of earshot, Dreampaw turned back to Honeypaw. "Yes?" she asked softly, stealing side glances in Cloudpuff's direction to make sure that he wasn't sneaking back to here what she said.

"It about Cloudpuff." Honeypaw mewed. "I know he loves you, but do you love him? I really love him, but I know he would probably never love me." Honeypaw confessed, shaking finely shaped golden head.
Ravenfeather was inching closer to Bravepaw, but not so close that it looked like he was following him. He watched intentely with blue tinted silver eyes. Bravepaw looked crestfallen that Silverpaw went to listed in on Northstar and /Inkpaw/. Maybe Bravepaw thought Silverpaw liked Inkpaw, but Ravenfeather wasn't sure whether Silverpaw liked either of them or not.

"I don't see why there's any reason /not/ to like you," Dreampaw told the honey colored she-cat apprentice truthfully. She stole yet another glance at Cloudpuff. "To tell the truth, he and I used to be best friends, but now I'm not sure because StarClan told me that he loves me. I don't think that I can handle two tomcats at once." she meowed.
Frustration rolled around in her elegant head, but she kept her head held high as if nothing were the matter. Secretly, though, she was just sick and tired of having two tomcats buzzing around her. If she chose one, the one she had rejected would hate the one she chose for the rest of their lives. Either way, she couldn't win unless she got one of the tomcats to favor a different she-cat that wasn't her.

A glimpse of silver tabby fur came out of the apprentices den. It was Skypaw. Her beautiful lavender eyes shone in the approaching dawn light. ((It is dawn, right?)). She and Cloudpuff were probably the only happy apprentices right now, for Cloudpuff was confident that Dreampaw noticed him, and Skypaw was left untouched by love and heartbreak. "Hi Dreampaw, Honeypaw" Skypaw nodded to the two apprentices, then seeing Honeypaws catch, her beautiful eyes widened. "Wow Honeypaw, nice catch."
Skypaw wasn't completely oblivios to the whole love mix up between the apprentices, but she didn't quite understand how they felt, for she had never experienced the amazing, confusing, painful thing called love.

Bravepaw's whiskers twitched irritably as Ravenfeather slowly made his way over. Though his eyes never left Silverpaw until he had to force himself to look away. "Yes?" he asked the black tom. It was obvious that Ravenfeather wanted to say something to him though his mind was somewhat hazy from all the thoughts of Inkpaw, Silverpaw, and his affections.
The tomcat licked his smoke colored paw and drew it over his ear several times until he was satisfied. Why was Ravenfeather watching him? He thought as he smoothed his ruffled chest fur. Bravepaw started to feel a little awkward. He didn't know why he felt awkward, it was just an answer unknown to him.

"Oh, nothing, nevermind." Ravenpaw quickly said, for he didn't want to nake the apprentice angry. He instead walked away, his ebony pelt shining in the dawn light. He wondered what it would be like to fall in love. Ravenpaw felt embarressed that the apprentices were all falling in love--exept Skypaw, and he wasn't, and no other she cats seemed too interested in him. He let out a sigh. 'I wish a she cat would take interest in me.' He thought to himself, looking up at the last few stars of Silverpelt.
