Thistlepaw walked arounf the lake, his ears pricked for any sound of prey, but his eyes drifting off across the lake. Sometimes he wondered what it would be like to be in EarthClan. Close to the ground, with all those trees always over your head. Thistlepaw shook his head. EarthClan was not the life for him. He liked running through the open ridge, the wind whipping through his fur, being about to see over the whole world on the ridge, and most of all, he liked being as close to StarClan as possible....
Thistlepaw was just drifting off in his thoughts when he saw her.
She was a beautiful silver she-cat with black stripes on her body and spots on her legs. He gaped at the beauty in her dreamy look and walk, and shook his head for a moment to make sure he wasn't dreaming. Nope, she she-cat was still there, as dreamy as before.

Breezepaw walked along the edge of the lake, her head up to the sky, her tail poised in the air and swaying gently. Her sky blue eyes traveled along the opalescent sky. She looked around, and her blue eyes caught a sight across the lake. It was a tomcat apprentice with grey tabby fur, and was rather handsome, she thought. She smiled to herself, and turned away.
