The slender figure of a she-cat could be seen making her way through the meadow, her bright orange fur standing out brightly against the dark colored grasses that surrounded her. A thin layer of snow had fallen in the meadow, causing everything to be sparkling with snowflakes as if everything were adorned with diamonds.
Yeah, well, this she-cat didn't care about the beauty of the scenery surrounding her. She continued making her way through the meadow. If you had seen her, you would've easily taken pity on her for she appeared extremely innocent, but in truth she wasn't. Although her beautiful blue eyes looked pleading and kind, if you looked close, you could see a spark of malicious behavior. No cat could ever see it and when they did, they all believed it to be nonesense for she was sly and always acted as if she were totally innocent and needed shelter for a few nights.
Psssht. Fat chance of that. Her main goal was to be alluring -- a task that was quite easy for the she-cat. By simply standing in a good amount of sunshine after a grooming, she appeared to be a gorgeous she-cat that many tomcats hankered after. When she spoke, her tone was honey-rich and syrupy, claiming more tomcats with her charm yet again. She was a flirtatious type of cat, but instead of trying to find true love, she always toyed with the hearts of those that fell in love with her.
It was fun, in her mind. It was delightful to get especially close to tomcats and then to have them find out her true intentions. More than once, she had killed the tomcats that had fallen for her. Even more times, she sought out tomcats that already had mates or lovers and she would toy with that tomcat's heart. It was always such a delightful thing to do in her eyes.
You could say that she was like a rose -- beautiful but she had her thorns, but that wasn't the name she had chosen for herself. No, the vixen-like she-cat has chosen the name Amaryllis for herself. Some might say she was undeserving for the name, but she herself believed that it was extremely fitting to her.
