Viridianpaw purred at the she-cat warrior's response. Perhaps she herself would be his mentor -- that could be a certain possibility for sure. "Thanks, Mistheart!" he meowed thankfully before padding away, looking around for someone else to speak to.
As the gray tomcat padded away from the she-cat warrior, Cloudpuff made his way to Mistheart with Mai following closely behind, glancing anxiously around her. "Mistheart," Cloudpuff stated shortly, peering at the she-cat intently with his bright, golden copper eyes. He sent a glance in Mai's direction. "Is Flamefoot any better about this... situation?" he asked.

Mistheart's fur bristled slightly. "No," she meowed. "Flamefoot's being a piece of fox-dung about this, situation." She spat out the last word, venom dripping from her voice. "I told her to shut up and apologize but she stalked off to the elders den." The gray she-cat glanced over towards the elders den, wondering if her former best friend was still in there. Not that she cared about where the ginger she-cat was.
Mistheart turned her attention back to Cloudpuff and Mai. "I dunno if I already introduced myself, but my name's Mistheart," she meowed. "Previously of EarthClan, now a loyal warrior of SkyClan. How're you settling in?" Her voice now held a gentle and pleasant tone, nothing like what it had sounded like when she had spoken of Flamefoot.

"I....umm..." Honeypaw wanted to tell him so much. "I said I love you", Honeypaw mewed, gathering up all of her confidence. She looked up at him, worry in her leaf-green eyes.

Mai blinked in surprise at the she-cat warrior's hospitable tone of voice and the pleasantness that crossed over the gray cat's features. "I believe I'm settling in well enough," she meowed, although she wasn't quite sure that she was settling in at /all/. Although Foxflower was certainly her friend -- and Cloudpuff probably was too -- Mai still felt rather uncomfortable.
Cloudpuff purred to comfort the uncertain she-cat. He ran his tongue over her ear in long, soothing strokes. His tail snaked around and touched Mai's lightly, slowly beginning to entwin with it. He knew it was a bold action to make, but that was simply what this thing known as 'love at first sight' was.

It took a moment for the words to sink into Onespot's brain, and even then it was difficult for the tom to process them. His ears flicked back and forth for a moment as he stared blankly. Finally the words made sense to the ginger-headed tom, and he pulled his tail hurriedly away. "Honeypaw," he meowed, "I like you, I really do. I just-"
Onespot paused and took a deep breath. The tom felt sick to his stomach as he gazed into the green depths of the she-cat's gaze. After another moment, Onespot realized that the sick feeling in his stomach felt good somehow. His mind whirred as he stared at Honeypaw.
"Honeypaw," the tom started again. "I- I think I love you, too." He purred to the she-cat, realizing this was true. She had been the only one to really talk to him in moons. She had listened to everything he had to say about Owlpaw. And she had such pretty eyes, and such a beautifuly colored pelt...

Honeypaw's heart almost stopped at Onespots words. She twined her tail tighter with his, and a purr rumbled deep in her throat. "Onespot, she purred. "I love you too", she repeated.

Onespot winced slightly as she twined her tail tighter, just barely touching where his tail tip had been bitten off so long ago. He purred as the sharp pain subsided after a quick second and he touched the she-cat's cheek with his nose. The ginger-headed warrior stood, beckoning for the honey-colored apprentice to follow him. "It's time you had a mentor," he meowed gently to her. He was finally ready to have an apprentice, finally ready to open his heart to another she-cat.

Oceanwing padded about Camp, searching for another cat she could possibly speak to and converse with -- one that wasn't as lovestruck as both her sons -- Inkpaw and Ravenfeather -- were. It was rather odd that she was a calico and both of her sons were black pelted, but then again, their father had been a dark color, so that was the most probable reason why.
Her gaze scanned the Camp clearing, taking in the sights of all the other cats around. Her ears pricked with interest as she saw Cloudpuff attempting to soothe an unfamiliar cat. Tilting her head to the side in wonder, she padded up to the two cats. "Hello," she meowed courteously to the new cat, "other cats adress me as Oceanwing." She looked intently at the she-cat, not asking a direct question.

Honeypaw's virdian eyes lit up. "Really?" She mewed. She untwined thier tails, and followed Onespot. "You're so amazing", she mewed to the ginger headed tom.

Onespot's fur prickled in embarassment. The ginger-headed tom swallowed his embarassment at the praise to turn and beam at the she-cat. "You're right, I am," he meowed playfully. He touched her nose with his own and turned back, facing Northstar's den. He froze after a moment. "She's at Mooncave," he remembered aloud. Turning back to the beautiful apprentice he meowed, "Northstar's not here. I'll tell her when she gets back though." His tail fell slightly but not much. Sure it was annoying to have to wait, but that didn't mean that he couldn't still be with Honeypaw. He shrugged and sat beside the she-cat. "What do you already know about being a warrior?" he asked. He might as well be ready.

"Well, I already know the warrior code, and when I become a warrior, I have to sit vigin for one night, and...and..." Honeypaw narrowed her leaf-green eyes , trying to remember. "Well, I guess thats all I know. And when you're an apprentice, you have to wait until your mentor gives you permission to eat, and you hae to hunt for the elders before you eat." Honeypaw looked up at Onespot, her eyes suddenly clouded with worry. "Do you think Owlpaw will be mad at us, I mean, that we love each other? I keep getting this wierd feeling when I'm near you, that someone else is watching us." Honeypaw looked into his amber gaze with her own grass-green one.

Onespot stared into space for a minute, the idea of Owlpaw not liking what he was doing hitting him like a monster on the Thunderpath. "I- I don't know what she would think," he meowed quietly. "I want her to think that it's alright, but she could be firey and stubborn when she was alive." He wondered for a moment whether Owlpaw would be alright with this or not. "I have to lie down for a moment," he decided. "I'll be in the warrior's den."
The tom turned away from the pretty honey-colored apprentice and towards the warrior's den. He curled up in his nest, his eyes fixed on the back wall. Would she be alright with him and Honeypaw? He closed his eyes, hoping to know more after a short cat nap.
((Moving Onespot to StarClan's Hunting Grounds))
((And bringing him back so I don't post four thousdand times in a row again))
Onespot started as he awoke, his amber eyes flying open. Rather than being clouded with unhappiness, they were alive with excitement. Owlpaw had said it was alright to love Honeypaw. He was about to leap out of the den when his first apprentice's voice whispered in his ear.
"I'll watch out for you both, and any other cat who might come along who is precious to you."
Onespot purred as he heard this. What did Owlpaw mean though, when she said any other cat precious to him? Probably Flamefoot.
Onespot trotted out of the warrior's den with his tail held high. He went straight to Honeypaw and licked her ear. "I think she'd be just fine," he meowed comfortingly.

Honeypaw looked at Onespot affection warming her leaf-green eyes. "Good. you can tell her thank you for me next time you talk to her." Honeypaw ran her tounge gently over Onespot's ears, then lay down, enjoying the sunlight that warmed her fur and made it shine.

Onespot nodded. If I ever see her again, he thought to himself. He shook his head. He would see Owlpaw again someday. And when he did, he was sure she would be happy with what she had said.
The tom laid down next to Honeypaw, stretching his paws in front of him. He watched the honey-colored apprentice for a moment before timidly beginning to groom the fur on her shoulder. He purred softly to himself, realizing that he was turning into a whole new cat. A new chapter of his life had just begun, and it looked very bright, with peace in the forest, friends, and a beautiful she-cat to love.

Honeypaw purred as Onespot groomed her shoulder fur. She looked at him, affection showing in everi part of her leaf-green eyes, making them shine along with her golden coat.
Lilypaw walked over to Virdianpaw, seeing that Northstar wasn't at her den. "Hi", she mewed, he melodic voice trailing in the breeze that swept by, and ruffled her snow-white pelt, the sun giving it a healthy glow. She stole a glance in Inkpaw and Dreampaw's direction, her heart suddenly aching a bit. But why? She had Virdianpaw now, right? Was she still in love with the spirited, black pelted apprentice?
